AudioGuy needs Laptops with PCIe, 1st time it's ever been asked I'm sure

Ok, so I'm sure this is the first time that this has ever been asked...however, I am also sure you guys can help me despite that fact!

I'm looking to purchase one of these ^^ babies in order to connect an Apple audio interface to a laptop PC.
I've concluded that now I need a laptop with PCIe connectivity.

Please help me locate laptops with PCIe connectivity!
I think PCIe is more commonly found in desktops but I'm under the impression that certain laptops will have PCIe connectivity too.
Hopefully I'm not mistaken

If they are not out there anywhere at all, do you think I could have one custom-built. The portability of a laptop is a must for my work needs.
